We never ask to control your machine. You send a copy of the file, and your own file stays where it is.
Your file is deleted after 14 days
We keep your file for 14 days after the work, then delete it. Ask us and we delete it at once. We never use your data for anything else.
Encrypted, and seen by engineers only
Your file moves over a 256-bit SSL link. Only our own engineers open it. A mutual NDA can be signed before any file moves.
You see the price before you order
The price comes from your file-size bracket. No diagnosis fee. Advanced Inventory files and custom programming cost more, and we quote that amount before work starts.
A paid check is credited to the fix
The Deep Diagnostic Report costs $99 and the QBWin.log Analysis costs $49. Both amounts go to the repair they point to.
